Snow is falling in the mountains and ski resorts are quickly prepping for opening day.  It's that time of year when families are buying new clothes for rapidly growing kids and trading in ski equipment for the next size up as well.  With The Ski Pack there are 2 sizes, Little Kid and Big Kid, which means you only move up once.  Our Ski Pack grows with you.  It truly is, "the gift that keeps on giving." We are eager to share Ski Pack enhancements for the upcoming ski season. After a year on the market it was clear that big kids like bright colors just as much as little kids.  So, going forward you will see the same Ski Pack color availability in  the Little Kid and Big Kid size.  This allows users of all ages to have color selection that reflects their personality.   You will also notice short term Ski Pack color options periodically throughout the year.  There will be limited availability of these which makes them unique and reflect fun colors which the Ski Pack inventors personally select.  While we are just wrapping up the first season on the market, we are already looking to next season with enthusiasm to help more families ease the walk to the chair lifts.    

A highlight this past year has been creating custom Ski Packs for organizations.  Companies select the fabric and strap colors, and apply their personal logo for a lasting advertisement at ski resorts. The latest custom Ski Pack initiative was done in collaboration with a national university seeking to partner with their fundraising efforts.  A custom Ski Pack in university colors was created and available for purchase to university alumni.  $10 of every custom Ski Pack sold in their university colors went back to a scholarship fund to help support college bound seniors. Creating a product we are proud of is one thing, but creating a product that leaves a positive lasting impression on the community is another.  

Curious what the ski industry thinks of The Youth Ski Pack? Based on Outdoor Retailer Magazine, they think rather highly of it.  The Youth Ski Pack ranked #3 in the "Product Picks" category for winter gear in the February 2021 magazine.   Who would have thought a youth invention would catch momentum so quickly and have a global reach.   Great things are happening at Pure Mountain Fun and we continue to innovate to ease your family mountain adventures. The fun is just beginning. 

The Ski Pack is making an impact nationwide with shipments from coast to coast.    As members of Snowsports Industries America (SIA), you can find us participating in Snowbound Fest, and the Outdoor Retailer Winter Online.  This allows us to connect with retailers nationwide. We know you like to hold a physical product before buying and we couldn't agree more.  That's why we are working to place The Ski Pack in retail stores around the country to make it easily accessible at resorts and retailers near you.
