When snow is in the forecast you can be assured we celebrate.   Our kid entrepreneurs are a little eager for ski season with the news it may flurry next week, so we are celebrating with a sale on Youth Ski Packs. It's a great day for the patent pending Ski Pack. Production is ahead of schedule and pre-order shipping has started early.   As a small business we are grateful for your support and orders.  Our kid entrepreneurs continue to brainstorm ideas to make the Ski Pack better and integrate bright color options.  

We enhanced the adult ski pack early. While we intended to launch the second version of the adult ski pack later this fall, you asked for it now and we not only listened, we responded.  The adult ski pack now includes straps to secure your ski poles to the ski pack.  You no longer have to decide between carrying your favorite beverage, child, and/or your ski equipment.   The ski pack is your hands-free solution.

Voting for initial Ski Pack colors ended yesterday with great success.  We anticipate an early announcement of the launch colors and preorders starting in June versus July, as initially anticipated.   Expect an official announcement within the coming month.

It all started in a parking lot with frustrated kids and parents. Why does the walk to the chair lift have to be so difficult, and why has no one solved this problem yet? Meet Madeline and Zachary. Two kids with one great idea, “the ski pack.” They initially developed a prototype for a Destination Imagination project. One day “testing” the packs at the slopes proved their idea was more than a fun adventure. Multiple families approached the kids asking where they purchased the ski pack. Zachary and Madeline’s parents decided it was time to take “The Ski Pack” a step further by securing a patent and starting a business. This is truly by kids, and for kids. “The Ski Pack” is a product that allows people of all ages to carry their skis, hands-free, while walking to the chair lift. It’s been tested at slopes in Colorado, and now has a patent pending. That’s right, 4th graders have a patent pending! It all begins with an idea.
